What I enjoyed most about the retreat was the bonding experience with the other women and meeting new friends too. I also enjoyed hiking, doing yoga, the delicious meals, meditation. dancing, hot tubbing, making bubbles and co-creating the mandala, also going to downtown Prescott and the bonfire with s'mores!

I really enjoyed communing with "like minded" spiritual women. Great group of women, beautiful location and fabulous accommodations! I especially enjoyed drumming under the stars and the milky way was so visible and incredible up on the mountain top! I loved the outdoor time and the divination cards for personal readings. I just returned a few days ago from my very first women's retreat. Karina was absolutely magnificent in the way she taught many important aspects pertaining to our chakras, the sun, the moon, internal and external communications and love.

Karina explained everything to me with loving kindness and patience. Even though I was the only newbie in the group, I never once felt like it. Every woman there was so kind and supportive of one another.

I just attended my first retreat with Karina. WOW ~ It was amazing!! From her loving guidance and teachings to the inspiring outings and lovely attendees. Karina is a wealth of knowledge. She is also great at creating a space that is very comfortable for learning and sharing. She was great at modifying the curriculum when necessary, making sure everything flowed beautifully. She went out of her way to make things work for me; including a midnight pickup when my flight was delayed, to having wonderful healthy food and accommodating special requests I had made. I  look forward to many more retreats.
